Employee benefits (continued)The sensitivity analyses above have been determined based on a method that extrapolates the impact on net defined benefit obligation as a result of reasonable changes in key assumptions occurring at the end of the reporting period.The pension plan is maintained at a significant surplus; the Group has chosen not to take any contribution holidays to ensure the continued health of the Plan in changing economic circumstances. The Group%u2019s contribution rate of 4% of pensionable salaries will continue into the foreseeable future.
