Dividends will be paid on 15 June 2023.DIRECTORSIn accordance with By-Law No. 1, paragraph 4.3.2, Mr. Davan Maharaj, Ms. Jenifer Smith and Mrs. Sonja Gittens-Ottley retire from the board and being eligible, offer themselves for re-election. Professor Rose-Marie Antoine filled the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Professor B. Copeland and being eligible in accordance with By-Law No. 1, paragraph 4.3.6, offers herself for election to serve on the Board.
